张少杰:理学博士,广东天然药物研究与开发重点实验室教师,学院四层次引进人才,中医药防治消化道疑难病症科研创新团队PI,硕士生导师。主要从事中药/天然药物活性多糖及作用机制相关研究。近五年来,已发表SCI论文20余篇,申请发明专利6项目,授权5项。主持国家级、省部级、市厅级、校级项目6项。担任Carbohydrate Polymers, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food Science and Human Wellness 等国际期刊审稿人。
